Close.com offers a subscription-based pricing model which is billed on a monthly or annual basis. It has 4 pricing editions:

  1. Startup: $29 per user per month when billed monthly for annual billings and $25 per user per month. It includes core features like storing leads, contacts, and opportunities, 5 workflows, email and calendar sync, Zapier integration, and Power Dialer.
  2. Professional: $109 per user per month when billed monthly for annual billings and $99 per user per month. It includes all Startup features, plus increased leads, contacts, custom fields, and email templates, multiple pipelines, 25 workflows, and custom activities.
  3. Enterprise: $149 per user per month when billed monthly for annual billings and $139 per user per month. It includes all Professional features, plus custom objects (Beta), 100 workflows, call coaching, predictive dialer, custom roles & visibility permissions.

All Close plans include built-in calling, email, & SMS functionality. Call and SMS usage are charged separately. There is no free version however there is a 14-day trial available. Payment Method

In Close.com, the payment method can be added or changed under Settings > Payment. If your credit card cannot be charged, a notification email will be sent to all Admin users of the organization and a banner notification notifying you that your payment is overdue. To open an account in Close.com, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for a Close invite. Admins invite their coworkers into their Close Organization. If you don't see one, please ask your admin to resend the invitation.
  2. Follow the email invite to set up your account, and fill in the information on the screen to get started.
  3. If they haven’t sent the invitation yet, have them go into Settings > Team Management > + New User to do so.
  4. If you are joining Close and creating a new Organization, your account will enter into a 14-day trial period. You'll have access to all features allowed on the Enterprise plan.
